چکیده

Hydrate-based Carbon dioxide (CO2) separation was widely concerned because of its simple process and low energy consumption. Mechanical stirring could promote gas-liquid-hydrate three-phase contact hydrate formation but consumed lots energy. Therefore, it necessary to develop more efficient technologies. Nickel foam (Ni–F) is an excellent hydrogen (H2) storage material with properties porous structure good thermal conductivity which are helpful heat mass transfer. In this work, by comparing the rate gas consumption CO2 efficiency, influence Ni–F on hydrate-based systematically studied. The results showed, firstly, both efficiency were increased using instead mechanical agitation; secondly, firstly found clear peaks corresponding H2 in Raman spectra hydrates formed presence under presure >4.00 MPa 273.85 K, indicated that stability hydrate. not only significant for further development hydate-based process, also provided a possible research direction storage.

Separation of Carbon Dioxide from Natural Gas by Matrimid-Based Mixed Matrix Membranes

Spherical MgO nanoparticles and Flake-like clay minerals modified with polyaniline (PAni) are applied in Matrimid in order to fabricate mixed matrix membranes (MMMs) having improved gas separation performance. The CO2 permeability, CO2/CH4 selectivity and CO2-induced plasticization pressure of MMMs are assessed at 4-30 bar feed pressure. The chemical structure, morphology and thermal properties...
